Unfortunately, due to a death in the family, I will be out of town, but I'm pleased to have donated an 11"x14" print of my picture Weed to the Photographic Resource Center's silent auction fundraiser which will be held this Saturday at the 808 Gallery near Boston University in Boston. Pictures on offer are currently on view at the gallery, and in addition to the silent auction with doors opening at 8:15pm, there will be a live auction earlier, doors open at 5:30pm. The PRC is a worthy organization that has played a vital role in supporting artists, students, curators working with photography in the Boston area, and hope they reach their funding goals, and have a great night doing it. I'm sorry I won't be able to attend this year, but it's important for me to be with family this weekend.
