Around Boston This Weekend

Busy few days coming up here in Boston. Tonight the Griffin Museum of Photography is having an opening reception for civil rights photographer Ernest Withers, along with Christopher Churchill's American Faith series, and Susan Berger's Martin Luther King Boulevard series at 7pm. I'm looking forward to this evening, hopefully, the snow will let up before then.

Tomorrow night, Ken Rosenthal will be signing books at the opening reception for Process and Dreams, the new show at Panopticon Gallery at 5:30pm. I've long admired his work, and am looking forward to meeting him. The show also includes the work of Jennifer Hudson, Michael Donner, my friend Tami Bone, Bryan David Griffith, Rachel Phillips, Curtis Wehrfritz, and Emanuelle Germaine.

And if that doesn't sound like enough fun, Mary Virginia Swanson will be giving her Publish or Self-Publish? lecture at the Griffin on Sunday from 10am to 1pm.
